Lewis Bardin, 43, of Columbia, KY was arrested by Kentucky State Police just before 4 a.m. Tuesday morning. Bardin was charged with Criminal Trespassing – 3rd Degree, Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition greater than $10,000, Driving on a DUI Suspended License – 1st Offense (Aggravated Circumstances), Operating Motor Vehicle without Ignition Interlock Device, Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence Alcohol .08 3rd (Aggravated Circumstances), and Failure to Illuminate Head Lamps. He was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.

Pamela Johnson, 33, of Russell Springs, KY was arrested by Officer Llane with the Russell Springs Police Department on Monday night for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place (1^st and 2^nd Offense), Resisting Arrest and Criminal Trespassing 3^rd Degree. She was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
