Sheriff Derek Polston reports the arrest of a Russell Springs man on Drug Trafficking Charges.
Chris Bernard, 48, was arrested on the following charges on Friday afternoon around 4 PM:
#1 Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) more than 2 Grams
#2 Tampering with Physical Evidence
#3 Resisting Arrest and
#4 Promoting Contraband
He was also served a Parole Violation Warrant from previous charges and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center. The case will be presented to a Russell County Grand Jury.
The investigation continues by Deputy Nathan Bradshaw.
