The City of Columbia Planning and Zoning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 13, 2024 at 5:30pmCT at City Hall.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider the following:
1. Request for zone change from R-1A Single Family Residential to R-2 Low-Moderate Density Residential for lot located on corner of Knox and Dillon Street (PVA Map No. 051-01-00-001.00). Property owned by Burton Investment Group LLC. The purpose of this request is to develop single story multi-unit dwellings.
The hearing is open to everyone.
