Allison Prather, 36, of Russell Springs, KY was taken into custody by Officer Bullock of the Russell Springs Police Department early Tuesday morning and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, 2^nd degree (Amphetamine). She was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
