Jeremiah Moore, 25, of Lebanon, KY was arrested by Kentucky State Police on Tuesday and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail. He was charged with Criminal Mischief 3rd degree, Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol (Aggravated Circumstances).
