Shane Hall, 18, of Columbia was arrested early Tuesday morning, August 6, 2024 by the CPD for All Terrain Vehicle Violations, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence (Aggravated Circumstances), Improper Passing, and Operating on a Suspended or Revoked License. He was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
