On Thursday afternoon, August 8, 2024, Brian White, age 60, was taken into custody by Officer Holy Necessary with the Columbia Police Department. White was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol, Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place (3rd or Greater Offense in 12 months), Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place (1st and 2nd Offense), and Disorderly Conduct.
