The following individuals have been indicted by a Russell County Grand Jury:
- Wendy Polston, 46, of Russell Springs - Theft of Mislaid property, Tampering with Physical Evidence, and Persistent Felony Offender 2nd degree.
- Darryl Durham, 50, of Windsor - TBUT $1,000 or More and Persistent Felony Offender 2nd degree.
- Devin Butler, 29, of Rockland, Maryland - TBUT $1,000 or More, Driving on a DUI Suspended License, DUI, Menacing, 2 counts of Wanton Endangerment 1st degree, Criminal Mischief 1st degree, and Terroristic Threatening 3rd degree.
- Emory Miller, 33, of Russell Springs - Bail Jumping 1st degree and Persistent Felony Offender 1st degree.
- Gregory Thomas, 41, of Russell Springs - Assault 2nd degree, Violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO and Persistent Felony Offender 1st degree.
- Brad Callinan, 36, of Russell Springs - Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st degree (Methamphetamine).
