The accident occurred around 1:00pmET on Wednesday afternoon, August 28, 2024 when a vehicle driven by 20-year-old Jaden Pierce of Greensburg, KY ran off Meadow Creek Road and struck an embankment.
Pierce was airlifted to the U of L Hospital with a head injury.
The mishap was investigated by Taylor Co. Sheriff Dickie Benningfield and Paul Pinson.
