Curtis Montgomery, 30, of Russell Springs was arrested on Friday morning, August 30, 2024 by the RSPD for Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Mischief 1st degree and Terroristic Threatening 3rd degree.
He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
