Brayden Helm, 22, was arrested by RSPD Officer Bullock around 1:30amCT. Helm was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1^st Degree, 2^nd Offense (Methamphetamine) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
