Joshua Wethington, 26, of Russell Springs, KY was arrested on Monday morning on a Fugitive from Another State Warrant. Other charges include TBUT (Auto), Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon, Persistent Felony Offender, and Failure to Appear.
