A Russell County Grand Jury returned indictments against seven individuals on Tuesday, September 24, 2024...

• Jason Stanley, 38, of Russell Springs - Assault 1st degree (2 counts), Wanton Endangerment 1st degree (2 counts), Boating Under the Influence, and Terroristic Threatening 3rd degree.
• Timothy Lloyd, 45, of Jamestown and Hogan C. Jones, 22, of Russell Springs - Burglary 3rd degree and TBUT over $1,000. Mr. Lloyd also indicted for Persistent Felony Offender 1st degree.
• Curtis Montgomery, 30, of Russell Springs - Criminal Mischief 1st degree, Disorderly Conduct 1st degree, and Terroristic Threatening 3rd degree, and Persistent Felony Offender 1st degree.
• Rodney Holmes, 48, of Russell Springs - Falsely Reporting an Incident. According to the indictment, Mr. Holmes falsely reported a fire which resulted in an emergency response.
• Samantha Gosser, 35, of Dunnville - Bail Jumping and Persistent Felony Offender 1st degree.
• Tabitha Blackwell, 33, of Russell Springs - Bail Jumping and Persistent Felony Offender 1st degree.
