Kaytlyn Strong, 23, of Somerset, was taken into custody by Trooper Smith with the Kentucky State Police on Wednesday night. Strong was charged with Speeding, Reckless Driving, Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence, and Possession of Open Alcoholic Beverage Container in Motor Vehicle. She was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
