David Fabert, 51, of Somerset, KY was taken into custody by KSP Trooper Lunz on Thursday night. Fabert was charged with Speeding, Reckless Driving, Following Another Vehicle Too Close, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol, Possession of Open Alcoholic Beverage Container in Motor Vehicle, Fleeing or Evading Police, and Wanton Endangerment. He was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
