Russell Springs Man Arrested on Shoplifting Charges

Noah Rexroat, 22, of Russell Springs was arrested by Officer Prichard with the Russell Spring Police Departmenton Thursday morning. Rexroat was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking or Distribution (Shoplifting) and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
