Robbie Brown, 52, was taken into custody by Deputy Barber with the Russell County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday. Brown was charged with Speeding, Fleeing or Evading Police, Reckless Driving, Improper Lane Usage, Failure to give Right of Way to Emergency Vehicle, Wanton Endangerment - 1st (Police Officer), Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st degree (Meth), Possession of Marijuana, and Drug Paraphernalia -  Buy/Possession.

He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
