Charles Florio, 26, was arrested by Officer Miniard with the Russell Springs Police Department on Tuesday morning. Florio was charged with Speeding 25mph Over Limit, Operating Motor Vehicle Under Influence of Alcohol, No Operators License, and Reckless Driving. He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
