The Russell Springs Police Dept. made an undercover buy at the Lucky 7 Smoke & Vape Shop, next to Kroger in the Northridge Shopping Center, and confirmed the store was selling illegal substances. A search warrant was executed at the store on Tuesday evening and reportedly many of the items confiscated contained a level of THC that surpasses what it's legally supposed to contain.
The Russell Springs ABC (Alcohol, Beverage,Control) Office has received complaints about other businesses selling similiar items in their stores and says their office, along with the RSPD, will be investigating these reports.
