The last day to request an absentee ballot for the 2024 Kentucky General Election is Tuesday, October 22, 2024. The online mail-in absentee request portal is at govote.ky.gov.
If you do not have access to a computer, you may call the Adair County Clerk's Office during normal business hours, Monday-Friday 8am-4pmCT at 270-384-2801. Be prepared to provide requested information. Voters must have one of the designated reasons to request an Absentee Ballot pursuant to KRS 117.0850(1)(f).
Ballots can be returned by mail or the Ballot Drop-Box located in the Clerk's Office, Monday-Friday 8am-4pmCT, on the first and third Saturdays from 8am-11amCT, and on Election Day from 6:00am-6:00pmCT. All ballots must be returned by 6:00pmCT on Election Day, Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
