John Norton, 53, of Russell Springs, KY was arrested by Kentucky State Police on Wednesday night. Norton was charged with Failure to Appear, Rear License not Illuminated, Improper Equipment, Operating on a Suspended or Revoked Operators License, and Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon. Norton was also served a Parole Violation Warrant and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
