Jennifer Dobbs, 35, was taken into custody by Trooper Tooly, around 2:30amCT on Sunday morning in Russell County. Dobbs was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol 2nd Offense (Aggravated Circumstances), Careless Driving, Possession of Open Alcoholic Beverage Container in Motor Vehicle (Prohibited), and Operating on a Suspended or Revoked Operators License. She was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
