An Adair County woman was taken into custody on a Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument charge on Monday afternoon.
Ruby Grider, 36, of Columbia, KY was arrested by Officer Wilson of the Columbia Police Department and charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 1st degree (Identity Theft) and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
