On Tuesday, November, 26, 2024 at approximately 3:28amET, Campbellsville Police Department was dispatched to the area of 117 South Central Avenue in reference to a stabbing. Upon arrival, Campbellsville Police Officers located Rosealle Allan, 57, of Campbellsville, KY with multiple stab wounds. After an investigation, it was determined that 58-year-old Randy Stanley Viers of Campbellsville had stabbed Ms. Allan.
Allan was taken to Taylor Regional Hospital for treatment of her injuries. Viers was arrested and charged with Attempted Murder and Unlawful Imprisonment1st Degree and lodged in the Taylor County Detention Center.
