Weekend Arrests 1/12/25

 

The following individuals were arrested by various police agencies over the weekend. Every person is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

 

 

  • Damion Boutwell, 26, of Russell Springs, KY - arrested on Saturday evening by the RCSO for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place, Disorderly Conduct 1st degree, and Terroristic Threatening 3rd degree. 
  • Jeremy Boutwell, 27, of Russell Springs, KY - arrested on Saturday evening & charged with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place.
  • Erin Carver, 39, of Columbia, KY - arrested on Friday night in Russell County by KSP. She was charged with Public intoxication of a Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol), Resisting Arrest, and Disorderly Conduct 2nd degree. 
  • Timothy Helm, 40, of Russell Springs, KY - arrested on Friday morning by the RSPD on a Fugitive from Another State warrant. 
  • John Doe, 26, of Somerset, KY - arrested on Friday morning by the RSPD for Assault 3rd degree (Police or Probation Officer), DUI (Aggravating Circumstances), Resisting Arrest, No Operators License, No Registration Plates, Possession of Marijuana, Failure of Owner/Operator to Maintain Insurance, and three counts of Failure to Appear.
  • Jordan Milby, 33, of Russell Springs, KY - arrested on Friday by KSP for Theft of Mail Matter.
 
Lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
