Russell Springs Man Taken into Custody on Domestic Violence Charge

Christian Helm, 20, of Russell Springs, KY was arrested by Kentucky State Police and charged with Assault 4th degree (domestic violence) with minor injuries. He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
