51-year-old Devon Wendel of Carmel, Indiana was arrested on Friday afternoon, March 14, 2025 by KSP for Speeding, Failure to Surrender Revoked Operators license, Operating on a Suspended or Revoked Operators License, and Failure to Produce Insurance Card.
 
He was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
