Shane Walters, 21, of Jamestown was arrested by Deputy Matt Parrish (just after midnight), for Assault, 4^th degree (domestic violence) Minor Injury and Alcohol Intoxication in a Pubic Place (1^st and 2^nd Offense). He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
