Tonya McBeath, 49, of Russell Springs, KY - arrested on Monday night, September 15, 2025 by the RCSO. She was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Marijuana, Prescription Controlled Substance Not in Proper Container, Illegal Possession of a Legend Drug, and Rear License Not Illuminated. She was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
