Daniel Cagney Burton, 40, of Columbia, KY was arrested by the ACSO on Friday afternoon on the following charges:
- Obstructed Vision and/or Windshield
- No Rear View Mirror
- Failure to Produce Insurance Card
- Failure of Owner to Maintain Insurance
- Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence and
- Possession of Marijuana
Mr. Burton was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
