Kelly Smothers, 45, of Columbia was arrested by the ACSO on Friday afternoon on the following charges:
- Possession of Marijuana
- Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st degree (Methamphetamine)
- Prescription Controlled Substance Not in Proper Container and
- Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree (Drug Unspecified).
Ms. Smothers was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
