Eldon Passmore, 63, of Russell Springs, KY was arrested on Saturday night by the RCSO. He was charged with the following:
- Reckless Driving
- Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol - 2nd or greater offense
- No Registration Plates
- No Registration Receipt
- Failure of Owner to Maintain Insurance
- Indecent Exposure and
- Terroristic Threatening 3rd degree.
Passmore was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
