Russell Springs Man Arrested in Adair County on Wanton Endangerment Charge

Liston Richardson, 26, was taken into custody by Deputy Padget with the Adair County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday night. Richardson was charged with Wanton Endangerment, 1st degree, and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
