Jefferson County Man Arrested in Russell County Following Traffic Stop

60-year-old Ibrahim Zahirovic of Louisville KY was arrested early Saturday morning by the RCSO for Speeding, DUI, Reckless Driving, and Fleeing or Evading Police. He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
