A Russell Springs man has had charges filed against him following a fatal accident Monday on the Parkway.
Christopher Austin, age 28, was taken into custody by Trooper Roark with KSP just before 8 last evening. Austin was charged with Vehicular Homicide when under the Influence Drugs/Substance, Reckless Driving, Operating Motor Vehicle Under Influence Substance 2nd (aggravated circumstances) and Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (Meth).
He was lodged into the Russell County Detention Center.
