Tessa Sturgill, 45, of Russell Springs - arrested on Friday night by KSP for Theft of Identity of Another Without Consent, Giving Officer False Identifying Information, 2 counts of Non-Payment of Court Costs, Fees or Fines, and 2 counts of Failure to Appear. She was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
