Russell County Man Arrested on Theft Charges

Bradley Hicks, 48, of Russell Springs was arrested on Friday afternoon by the RSPD for Theft by Unlawful Taking (Firearm) and Convicted Felon in Possession of a Handgun. Hicks was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
