The Russell Springs City Council will convene for its regular meeting at 6:00 p.m. CST (7:00 p.m. EST) on Thursday, Sept. 10, 2026.
Key business on the agenda includes the second reading of Ordinance 2026-04, sponsored by Councilman Hudson, which sets the city's annual ad valorem tax rates for real estate, personal property, motor vehicles, and motorboats. Council members will also present the community Anchor Award during the session.
