The RC FFA Chapter recently hosted over 200 freshman FFA members from 10 regional chapters at the Seed Academy for the LC Region Freshman Leadership Conference.
?Attendees participated in five interactive leadership workshops designed to build personal growth, teamwork, and agricultural leadership skills. Among the workshop presenters was RC FFA Chapter President and LC Region Vice President Piper Garmon, who led a session guiding new members through foundational leadership concepts.
?The successful event helped empower the region's newest members as they begin their journey in FFA.
