Authorities in Kentucky are actively searching for 42-year-old Charles Blake Randle, an inmate considered armed and dangerous who recently escaped from the Whitley County Detention Center.
Randle was awaiting trial on severe charges, including first-degree rape, first-degree sexual abuse, and incest.
