VIVIAN HOCHSTRASSER, 72, LIBERTY

 
Vivian Hochstrasser, 72, of Liberty, passed away on Monday, October 16, 2017, at the UK Medical Center in Lexington. 
 
Born March 4, 1945, in Chicago, IL, she was a daughter of the late Chester and Wanda Whitt Ellsworth. Vivian was a retired Nurse’s Aid and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Liberty. She enjoyed attending the Senior Citizens Center and going to auctions, yard sales, and flea markets.
 
Survivors include her daughter, Tammy Ann Wright; son, Chester Hochstrasser; brother, Eddie Ellsworth; 12 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
 
She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Ray Hochstrasser; daughter, Wanda Hochstrasser; and 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
 
Funeral services will be held at 6:00PM Thursday, October 19, 2017, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Pastor Larry Crenshaw officiating. 
 
Burial will be held privately in the Hiter Cemetery. 
 
Visitation will be from 4-6PM on Thursday at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.
 
Amber Hochstrasser, Gracie Monday, Jason Monday, and Jayden Monday will be honorary pallbearers.
 
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations given to the funeral home to help them offset funeral expenses.
