Wilbur Ray Brown, 54, of Liberty, KY passed away on Friday, November 24, 2017, at his residence.
Born on May 3, 1963, in Adair Co., KY, he was a son of the late William Rollin and Mary Arlene Wethington Brown. Wilbur was a past employee of Fruit of the Loom.
He is survived by seven sisters, Sharlene Becker of Taylor Co., Beverly Gail Kuhn of Adair Co., Marsha Kay Brown of Casey Co., Darlene Burton of Adair Co., Deborah Louis Evans of Casey Co., Bridgett Nicole Rucker of Taylor Co., and Melinda Sue Burke of Adair Co.; five brothers, William Thomas Brown of Taylor Co., Donald Glenn Brown of Mercer Co., William Dean Brown, Richard Eugene Brown and Michael Lee Brown, all of Casey Co.; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Wilbur is preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Alene Hayes and Carolyn Mae Brown; and three brothers, Ronald Lynn Brown, James Steven Brown and Mark Anthony Brown.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 28, 2017, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Hershel Lawhorn officiating. Burial will follow in Gum Lick Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, November 27, 2017, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions of sympathy may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
