WENDELL B. COFFEY, 76, RUSSELL SPRINGS

 
Wendell B. Coffey, 76, of Russell Springs, died Thursday, December 7, 2017 at his home. He was born March 27, 1941 in Russell County to the late Onis Ray & Exie Marie Stephens Coffey. Wendell was an insurance agent for Farm Bureau and a member of Jamestown Christian Church.
 
In addition to his parents, Wendell was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Jo Coffey; a daughter-in-law, Pam Jones Coffey.
 
SURVIVORS:
 
Wife: Nancy Coffey, Russell Springs
2 children: Maria (Gary) Herndon, Shelbyville, IN;  Alan Coffey and his fiance' Jennifer Palmer, Russell Springs
3 grandchildren: Stephanie Miller (Mitch Smith), Ty (Courtney) Perry  Meleah Coffey
4 great grandchildren: Collin Miller, Adelyn Miller, Jayden Smith,  Bryce Perry
1 brother: Jimmy D. (Rita) Coffey, Russell Springs
Sister-in-law: Lynn Tarter, Vine Grove, Ky
 
Funeral service for Wendell B. Coffey will be 3pmCT Saturday, December 9, 2017 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bill Welker, Bro. Jason Walters, and Bro. David Coffey officiating.
 
Visitation after 12 PM. Saturday.
 
Interment in the Bethlehem Cemetery.
 
Memorials suggested to Jamestown Christian Church Youth Ministry of to Hospice of Lake Cumberland. These can be made at the funeral home.
 
Bernard Funeral Home in Russell Springs in charge of arrangements.
