SELLA P. "BERTIE" BROWN, 93, STANFORD

 
Sella P. “Bertie” Brown,  age 93 of Stanford, KY (formally of Yosemite, KY) passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at the Stanford Care and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Eubank, KY on June 28, 1924, a daughter of the late Harv Padgett and Ora Todd Weaver.
 
Bertie was the widow of Ernest Linville Brown and was a housewife.
 
Survivors include:  Five Sons: Winfred Brown of Yosemite, Jerry Brown of Liberty, Junior Brown of Greeley, CO, Terry Brown of Yosemite and Anthony Brown of Yosemite, One Daughter: Irma Martin of Yosemite, Two Step Daughters: Essie Yaden and Pauline Navaro both of Franklin, IN, Twenty One Grandchildren, Several Great Grandchildren, Serveral Great Great Grandchildren, Four Brothers: Richard, Lillard, Ernest and Alvin Padgett and Four Sisters: Barb, Ethel, Martha and Ina.
 
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by Two Daughters: Donna Austin and Patsy Brown, One Granddaughter, Jessica Brown and One Sister: Zella.   
 
Visitation will be held 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. Friday December 15th, 2017 and after 8:00 A.M. Saturday December 16, 2017 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. 
 
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday December 16, 2017 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Kevin Pittman officiating. 
 
Burial will be in the Green River Christian Church Cemetery.
