Alice Jean Davidson Booher, age 80 of Burkesville, KY passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2017, at the Cumberland Valley Manor Nursing Home in Burkesville, KY.
She was born in the Kettle Community of Cumberland County, Kentucky on Thursday, September 30, 1937, the daughter of Howard and Ethel (Johnson) Davidson. She was a member of Burkesville Separate Baptist Church and a Seamstress for Komfort Koach.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Betty Riley.
She is survived by her husband, Kyle Booher of Burkesville, KY, whom she wed December 10, 1955, her son, Mitchell (and Michelle) Booher of Burkesville, her sister, Alta Short of Burkesville, 3 grandchildren, Joseph Booher, Josh Booher, Peyton Booher, and 5 great-grandchildren, Kyligh, Wyatt, Eathan, Kinley, and Silas.
The funeral service will be conducted on Sunday, December 17, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home with burial in the Gaines Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends after 5:00 p.m., on Saturday, December 16, 2017 until the funeral hour on Sunday.
