Obituaries

AUDRA ROYSE, 86, COLUMBIA

 
Audra Royse, age 86 of Columbia, KY passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at 9:20 AM at her home after several weeks illness. She was born July 13,1931 the daughter of the late Ulysses“U L” and Bertha Mae Pollard Rogers of Adair Co. KY.
 
She was preceded in death by her husband: Dan Royse on September 15, 2006 and by these brothers and sisters J.C. Rogers, Loren Rogers, Siblye Hortense Wantye, Mary Nell Halcomb and Julia Conover.
 
Audra was a member of Columbia Union Presbyterian Church and a homemaker. Audra was a loving mother, grandmother and a great friend to many people.
 
SURVIVORS: 
1 daughter:  Terri Royse of Columbia, KY
2 sons:  Mark Royse and Timmy Royse both of Columbia, KY
5 grandchildren: Tyler Royse (Shaunna); Rhea Heyman (Daniel); Katie Hancock (Nick); Emilee Royse; Abby Taylor (Les)
A special niece - Patricia Harper of Columbia, KY 
Several nieces and nephews
 
A memorial service for Audra Royse will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Rogers officiating.
 
The family will receive friends after 10:00 AM on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at the funeral home.
 
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Columbia Union Presbyterian Church and may be left at the funeral home.
 
Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in charge of funeral arrangements.
