Charles "Chuckie" Jennings Stines, age 40 of Greensburg, KY, formerly of Edmonton, KY passed away Sunday at the Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Funeral Service for Charles "Chuckie" Jennings Stines will be conducted at 12:00 Noon Central Time on Friday, Jan. 5, 2018 at the McMurtrey Funeral Home in Summer Shade with burial to follow in the Metcalfe Memorial Gardens.
Visitation is requested after 12 Noon on Thursday at the McMurtrey Funeral Home and after 7:00amCT on Friday until time of the funeral service.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the funeral fund.
