Walker Bryant, age 88 of Columbia, KY passed away Saturday, January 13, 2018 at the Signature Health Care Summit Manor in Columbia, KY after several months illness. He was born February 11, 1929 in the Sano Community of Adair County, KY, the son the late Elzia and Nola Cravens Bryant.
He was preceded in death by two brothers Tommy Bryant & Kenneth Bryant, one sister Louise Tiller, and one great grandson Austin Bryant.
Mr. Bryant was a member of the Calvary Temple Church, a US Army Korean War veteran, and a retired welder from Reynolds Metals.

3 sons: Larry (Beverly) Bryant of Seymour, IN; Jerry Bryant of Indianapolis, IN; Wayne (Tammy) Bryant of Greensburg, KY
2 daughters: Debbie Bryant of Greensburg, KY; Teresa “Teasie” Bryant of Columbia, KY
9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service: Thursday, January 18, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Calvary Temple Church, 88 New Concord Road, Columbia, KY. Clergy officiating Bro. Johnny Autry & Bro. Troy Mcwhorter.
Interment: Freedom Cemetery
Visitation: Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2018 after 3:30pmCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home and from 6:00 AM until 9:30amCT Thursday at the funeral home. Visitation after 10:00amCT Thursday until the funeral hour at Calvary Temple Church, 88 New Concord Road, Columbia, KY.
