Lena Ruth Helm, 77, of Jamestown, KY died Wednesday, January 24, 2017 at the Fair Oaks Nursing Home in Jamestown. She was born March 29, 1940 in Russell County to the late Fred & Bettie Murphy Garner.
Ruth was a member of Fairview Separate Baptist Church.
