Harold Thomas Coomer, age 74 of Russell Springs, KY (formerly of Adair County) passed away Thursday, January 25, 2018 at 7:35 PM at Russell County Hospital after an illness. He was born on June 16, 1943 in Adair County, KY, the son of the late Azro & Christine Munday Coomer.

Harold was a barber in Russell County for 50 years, and a Separate Baptist Minister. He was a member of Mt. Hope Separate Baptist Church in Jamestown, KY, enjoyed playing the guitar & piano with quartets & at his church.
Funeral service Sunday, Jan. 28, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at Mt. Hope Separate Baptist Church in Russell County. Clergy officiating Bro. Randy Brown & Bro. David Coffey.
Interment in Rexroat Cemetery in Jamestown, KY
Visitation after 3:30 PM CT Saturday until 8:00 PM CT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.
Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM Sunday until the funeral hour at Mt. Hope Separate Baptist Church in Russell County
